Celebrating Success: Afenmai Youth Bay Area's Impactful Health Campaign!

With immense gratitude, we are thrilled to showcase the remarkable success of Afenmai Youth Bay Area's (AYBA) recent health campaign fundraiser. Together, we met and exceeded our goal, raising more than $5000 to help provide new healthcare equipment in the Afenmai community. 🙌🏿🙏🏿

Thanks to your outstanding support, the Edo State University Teaching Hospital (formerly Auchi General Hospital) has received essential medical equipment and supplies. This achievement underscores AYBA's commitment to improving health in the Afenmai community, in Edo State, and we couldn't be more grateful for all those who contributed in any capacity and your generosity. We've made a lasting impact together!

The purchased items, consisting of an Amis Baby Incubator with Trolley & Cabinet and a Motorized Birthing Bed, safely arrived in Auchi and our team, alongside the incredible liaisons on the ground, including Mr. Alhaji Kadiri Ishaq Aikomoh and Mr. Aruna Zakariyau Zakson, actively managed logistics, including transportation, delivery, and assembly. To ensure a seamless process, their roles were vital, in the procurement and assembly of the equipment at the hospital. Their dedication and expertise have been instrumental in bringing this project to fruition.

Additionally, our heartfelt gratitude goes out to the AYBA representatives in Auchi who worked closely with the hospital. They understood the hospital's needs, and shared those needs with us, and once the items were procured, they were present to receive the delivery on behalf of Afenmai Youth Bay Area. These representatives also presented the items to the hospital, embodying the spirit of collaboration and community strength.
